By making a booking on EasyFynd, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with a booking.
1. Customer Cancellations
1.1 More than 48 Hours Before Check-in
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
1.2 Between 24 and 48 Hours Before Check-in
If you cancel your booking between 24 and 48 hours before check-in, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
1.3 Less than 24 Hours Before Check-in
If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before check-in, you are not eligible for a refund.
1.4 Last-Minute Bookings
Bookings made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are considered last-minute bookings.
If such bookings are cancelled, no refund will be issued, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.
2. Agent Cancellations
2.1 Cancellation by Service Provider
If a service provider (agent or host) cancels a booking at any time before check-in, the customer will receive a 100% refund.
2.2 Platform Actions
EasyFynd reserves the right to take appropriate action against service providers who frequently cancel bookings, including penalties, restrictions, or account suspension.
3. No-Show and After Check-in
3.1 No-Show
If a customer does not show up for their booking and does not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.
3.2 After Check-in
If a booking is cancelled after the check-in time has passed, no refund will be issued.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Method of Refund
All eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the booking, unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Processing Time
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.
4.3 Fees
Service fees or processing fees, where applicable, may be non-refundable.
5. General Conditions
5.1 Time Reference
All cancellation timelines are calculated based on the scheduled check-in time of the booking.
5.2 Abuse of Policy
EasyFynd reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the cancellation system or engage in fraudulent behavior.
